6. Fried Honey Bananas
A super quick and easy Paleo dish that sweet lovers would love to enjoy. The goodness of honey with healthy banana is a a great option for vegans who want to stay fit.
Ingredients: 1 slightly under ripened banana, pinch of cinnamon, 1 tbsp of honey and olive oil or coconut oil.
Method: First of all drizzle some olive oil on a frying pan slightly over medium flame. Arrange the banana slices in a pan and cook them for 1-2 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, keep whisking honey and 1 tablespoon of water together. Then remove the pan from stove and pour the honey mixture over banana allowing it to cool and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon.
