You need to precisely write down the steps to be taken in a way that you can blindly follow the guidelines. If you want to reduce your debts, then you need to amend your monthly saving and spending plans, to save money for paying off the creditors. So you must plan and find out areas where you can compromise your personal savings and expenditures and outline steps to accumulate the stipulated amount.
Similarly, if you want to reduce your weight, then you need to plan how and when you want exercise, which of the exercises you want to include in your fitness regimen and what kind of diet you will require for optimum weight loss.

You must decide on the deadline for each of your goals and must allot each activity of a particular goal, a stipulated time. So if you want to pay an amount to one of your creditors, then you must know till what period you will have to compromise on your expenses and save more and more money. By saving a determined amount for a fixed time period, you will make your goal realise practically. Moreover, by setting a time period for every goal, you will challenge yourself to incorporate the tasks you want to be habitual to and will try hard to chase them.

When you have ascertained your goal, you need determine the number of tasks you need to perform on regular basis. For example, if you want to have six pack abs, then 15 minutes of exercise daily will not help nor 30 minutes of workout will. You will have to undergo rigorous training by including many kinds of weight trainings and circuit trainings with squats and joggings. You will also have to know how many times a day you need to workout to get that aimed physique.
