5 Real Enemies of A Human
Every human is being controlled by his inner voice or you can say by his heart and mind. Inner voice which either comes from heart or mind both have got some adverse effects on that human, leading to a disastrous result.
Well, I am not at all trying to make a point from our Hindu (Sikhism) religion which has mentioned the five thieves which are the major weaknesses of every human personality. Rather, I am trying to get into the same concept but in a little different way. I am going to implicate some logic here to make my point crystal clear to you all.
Okay, there are so many people, you, me, your surrounding fellows, your relative and many more who usually tend to complain about their life problems be it personal life, family life, or professional life or sex life. Whatever the issues are, those people misinterpret that there is something wrong going on in their life which is affecting them, or their various forms of life adversely. Well, what is this “something wrong”? I am sure many of us have never ever tried to figure this out. Still confused? Here is an example. Suppose you are tired of your marriage life. And you are discussing this issue with your friend, that there’s nothing going good between you and your wife. She is annoying, you can’t tolerate her anymore bla bla bla…. Like every earthquake has its epicentre, similarly every trouble has its origin. If you or your wife would have controlled your anger or ego or pride then the situation of the conflict would have never ever originated.
And now if you are convinced with my point, let’s move on to the 5 real enemies of every human personality.
1. Anger
Anger or we can say rage. Anger makes us lose our cool and temper. When a person gets angry he not only loses his temper but also his causes undue harm to himself and others, leaving himself with no undo option. However, the time period of its effect is for short term, but it leads you to do something real worse for which you may feel being guilt, remorse or shameful. Not only this, excessive anger can also put your physical well being at risk. Decisions taken in anger are 90% wrong, according to the recent study from University of Chicago. Getting angry, violent, shouting makes the situation and relations only worse and much worse. Even anger shuts down the brain for a certain time period which leads your brain to go off for some time and for that moment your brain doesn’t functions at all or properly.
2. Ego
Ego is a state of mind counting on self preference and believing that we are the only right persons to do in a right manner than anybody else. Many people get success, name, fame, popularity, but do fail when it comes to maintaining or sustaining a relationship only because of their ego. Ego makes them bound to think about themselves only. These kind of people never ever care for anyone’s feelings, their choices, their preferences. Ego can be for long term or short term. Ego only makes a man full of hatred, selfishness and anger too. Egos ruin many families, relations, friendships and even create serious fights and violence.
3. Greed
Greed is excess need or fondness for anything, like money, fame, fortune, sex or any specific thing also. It is considered as one of the bad manners that bring in evil and sins. Greed is something that never stops in fact it keeps rising, rising and rising. The more you get, the more greed escalates. Many crimes are even taking place in our nation only due to greed, be it money, fame, or sex. Greed has no limit but, can be stopped only when someone confronts its stringent consequence.

4. Desire
Well, when we talk about desire or temptation generally, it’s not bad. But, desiring something out of the box which leads you on a wrong track, creating error of judgement and imparting you wrong knowledge. For example, you might get desire for sex, and since it’s not that easy you might force yourself to rape someone, or could go for a little girl child molesting her or raping her. This desire, hence lead on you on an erroneous track resulting to a disastrous consequence.
5. Lust
Lust is a personal choice and it’s never imposed on you. In fact lust is never bad, as it is the basic need of every human being. When you feel unable to resist the urge of lust, there comes the biggest trouble. Sexual desires, thoughts doing rounds in anybody’s mind is totally natural as we are humans. But, opting sinful, erroneous activities to satisfy lust is the biggest sin or crime. As lust is one of the “need” factor of desire, it has got the same effect on a person. Lust can be short term or long term.
Now, all these real rivals dwelling in almost everybody’s life no doubt, could lead us to some critical situations or consequences. But, as you all know every problem has got a solution. Now the only way to get control over these opponents, is controlling our emotions and our feelings. This can be done by keeping us distracted and busy from our rivals, making ourselves a little neutral so that these enemies couldn’t be able to strike at us or drive us towards them.
