This post was last updated on July 29th, 2023
I usually wonder, how people decide for marriage just meeting a girl or a guy for once and asking some basic introductive questions? I don’t think that getting some basic knowledge about hobbies, qualification, job security, annual income and life goals would be ample to give a thumbs up for getting married. However, in India 69 percent of marriages are arranged till yet and the most amazing thing is India has the lowest divorce rate that is 10% only. Well, I don’t how does all these marriages work. But, according to me and today’s young mass, even if you are getting into an arranged marriage you should ask at least 15 to 20 questions to your would-be spouse. And for girls, please don’t feel coy and hesitant to ask your prospective questions as it’s your one and only chance to know your would-be spouse much better, so that it could be easier for you to decide he is the one or not. I have made a list of some questions that could be asked to any bride or groom on their first official meeting. So, here we go…

Guys no need to feel sceptical and nervous while you interact with your would-be counterpart. As the concept of arrange marriages have changed a lot over last decades. Today, you are given the chance to meet and interact to know each other better and to decide on the basis of your conversation. I am not saying that asking mere 30 to 40 questions could help you to know a person perfectly. But if you are provided with a marriage interview then make a good use of it. Be gentle, polite and straight whatever you ask or talk. Marriage is a big step and a big phase of one’s life so clear all your doubts, choose wisely and live happily.

Thank You Anand Prakash, for reading this article. Hope you find it useful.
Found your sight useful, now just have to arrange it in a form of conversation and not a questioner form that I might put forward it on paper for a test to someone. And the problem is I really suck at conversations ; introvert.
