Water is the most crucial element of your diet that not only smoothens your diet and improves bowel movement but also enhances the entire body system. Keeping your body hydrated helps to manage body temperature. Your digestive process needs water to breakdown foods and ease the stools.

3. Avoid caffeine and alcohol intake

Caffeine and alcohol make it tough for your digestive system and also cause constipation. Avoiding excess intake of caffeine and alcohol can soothe your digestive system easing up the bowel movements.

4. Eat more fibrous food

Instead of opting for medications, using natural laxatives for relieving constipation is much better. Natural fibrous food, papaya, fruit juice, lukewarm water, ginger tea can help to improve digestion as well as smoothen bowel while passing out stools.
