Cookies & Sweets
We all have that sugar cravings where we get tempted to have those yummy butter choco cookies or creamy doughnuts. But most of the cookies and sweets contain artificial sweeteners in the form of saccharin, aspartame, sucralose, acesulfame-K, etc. They are about 30 to 8000 times sweeter than sugar but has less calories. It works at a low cost in comparison to sugar as small quantities of such artificial sweeteners can add sweet to a whole batch of cookies or sweets. This is the reason why people are being advised to avoid those zero sugar or sugar free products as they have these artificial sweeteners that can cause changes in metabolism rate, brain damage, obesity, cancer, hallucinations, dizziness, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.
