90% of women spend almost 60 minutes a day thinking about their shape and figure. So, mathematically wasting 1 hour a day means 30 hours a month which means 365 hours a year. Wow! Amazing isn’t it? Now in these technology inclined world where time is a major factor and is a great resource to utilize efficiently, we women are simply wasting 365 hours a year thinking about our body and shape which is totally bullshit.

To be very honest, we people spend too much on thinking rather acting. Those 30 hours a month can be used in reading some educational and inspirational books, meditating, exercising to stay fit and enjoying our lives to its fullest as life is way too short to spend time thinking about some fucking bullshit. We women always forget to believe that we are beautiful the way we are, that’s why we are the beautiful creations sent by God to this planet.

Every single woman has her own identity, personality, beauty and individuality. We all have different and best qualities which makes us unique. Here are the reasons why you all women should love your body. Read on..

1. It’s your opinion what matters about yourself

“Your body can do anything, it’s just your brain you have to convince.” It doesn’t matters what others say and feel about you, if your opinion about your shape is confident and bold then you are more beautiful than others. No one can make you feel low, because at the end of the life your body will be there with you.

2. Beauty isn’t about your skin, but is about your heart

Those who think, beauty is external which includes your shape, symmetry, toned legs and thighs are the people who live fake lives. The real beauty is the purity of your heart, the simplicity and kindness you have in your words which is the essential reason to love your body.

Every person has his/her own individuality. Every woman has her own quality that makes her different and unique from others. You never know how many people out there who want to be like you or appreciate your nature.

4. Someone else’s negativity is not your problem

If someone thinks that you are chubby, voluptuous and over-weight then there’s nothing wrong with you, rather their negativity is their problem. Their negativity should not affect you.

No matter how much curvy you are or how much extra weight you gain, your dream partner will be honest with you and will accept and love you the way you are. A beautiful yet romantic reason to love your body.
