Don’t Skip Meals
Skipping meals is the major mistake made by people that leads to failure. When you skip meals, your body doesn’t get enough energy and you feel so hungry that when you sit to have your one meal, you actually end up consuming calories of two meals. Try to breakdown your 3 meals into 6 portions. Decide your time of eating. Eat small quantities six times a day to keep your cravings at bay and even your energy levels will be maintained.
