2. Write Down Your Thoughts
When you are irritated or angry, don’t interact with anyone accept your diary. Pick a quiet corner and pen down your thoughts and write as fast as you can so that you put all your feelings into the paper. When you stop writing, you will feel a sense of relaxation as if you have been relieved from a burden. After few minutes, loudly read your thoughts and analyse the tone of each word written. You will be in a better position to understand yourself and convince yourself of the practical action to be taken. This activity will help you in directing your thoughts in productive work.
