How to Use Waving Wand

1. The Hair should be completely dry

Before we use the Cloud nine waving wand, there are few things that we need to know: –

The hair should be completely dry. Do not use the waving wand if you have just got out of the shower; otherwise, it will damage the hair cuticle and cause split ends.

2. Use Oil

For best hair care, use a renewing treatment oil on your dry hair. Use the one that has argan oil. It moisturizes and works wonders. 

3. Partition the hair

Comb your hair and do the partition (side or middle) according to how you want it to style.

It’s better to do it in parts. We need to partition the front and back of our heads — total 4-6 partitions (depends on how thick you want the waves to be). For best results, it is important to partition and section your hair.

4. Now make small buns

After partitioning, make small buns and clip it with a crocodile pin as it would be easier to curl. To make small buns, we can take a section of hair, twist it then put a finger in the middle and circle around it then secure it with a clip.

1) Make use of the gloves

If you are not a friendly user of a waving wand, then the good news is – You can wear heat-resistant gloves. Waving wand and free heat resistant gloves will help you put yourself in control of your style. So, please ensure to use heat resistant gloves that come with it. 

Decide which hand would be comfortable for you to hold the wand and wear the gloves on the other hand for styling. 

2) Temperature Setting

Plugin the wand and now go to the temperature setting and set the temperature according to your need and the hair type. The Cloud nine Waving wand has three different temperature control settings from the low, medium, and high. If you are not sure about the heat setting for your hair type, we recommend keeping it in auto mode. 3) Work from Back of your Head to Front

Remove the crocodile clip, take hair, and wrap it around the wand and hold it for 20 sec. Best to start from the back of your head and work your way to the front. 4) Waving wand removal

Remove the Cloud nine waving a wand and keep holding the hair with hands in which you have worn the gloves for another 10 sec and squeeze it. If by any chance we forget to turn off the wand, you do not need to worry as it goes into hibernation mode after inactivity for 30 min to turn the heat off for further protection.

5) Repeat the Process

For best results, hold the wand straight rather than facing it downwards. Repeat the same with the remaining hair, and you would have a smooth wavy look within a few minutes.

6) Things to be taken consideration

This wand is best suitable for mid-long hair. Once you are done, styling does not forget to use a hair spray to lock in the look for the best results.
