How To Become An Efficient Thinker?

Thinking…..Okay. Ugh!! Had to think a lot before pouring down all my ideas and concepts about being an efficient thinker. Thinking is not an automatic process rather it’s a skill every human acquires according to various situations. The process of thinking occurs in the conscious mind which is the active mind. It is a kind of cognitive process that create new connections and create significance which comprises evaluation, analysing and scrutinizing and action. Some people think randomly and some systematically but there are very few people who tend to think efficiently. However, efficient thinkers are more productive, successful and intelligent than those who think randomly. Here are some effectual ways to become an efficient thinker. Read on..
1. Do meditate
Meditation purifies your thoughts. Gives you peace and makes you more calm and grounded. It improves your inner qualities helps you to become more conscious and aware of your positive nature. Meditation revitalizes you and inspire you to think more efficiently and accurately.

2. Do walk
Brisk walking not only improves your health and elongates your lifespan but also sharpens your mind. You become more conscious and full of ideas and concepts which makes you more productive. You will have more improved thoughts analyzing and scrutinizing every matter from every aspect.
3. Sleep well
Sleeping the sub-conscious mind which still continues the thinking process in a little different way. A good nice sleep revitalizes your inner peace of mind and helps you to have more clear vision and thoughts. A good 8 hours of sleep sharpens your brain and improves your cognitive process.

4. Quit smoking
Regular use of tobacco makes your mental performance slow and dull, lowers the speed and accuracy of thinking ability. Tobacco directly affects your cognitive process and reasoning power of your brain. So, quit smoke ASAP as it’s always a good idea.
5. Enlarge social circle
Social circle, friends and being sociable is always a good idea. It not only helps you to lower your stress and increase the lifespan but also enhances your thinking ability. Just imagine when you get so many opinions, views, ideas and concepts then your mind automatically starts thinking rapidly on each and every aspect efficiently.

6. Lone time essential too
Being a socialite is good, but side by side you need to spend some quality time with yourself. Scrutinize your inner thoughts, pen down whatever runs in your mind and don’t edit anything. Try to figure out every matter you think and find out the reason behind it.
7. Take action
Well constant thinking is of no use. It’s a total wastage of time. So, whenever you think something, find out the WHYs, HOWs, WHATs, and WHENs which covers up all the necessary process that is finding out reasons, procedure, the needs and the factors and the time of action.

8. Stay hydrated
Drink lots of water is the ultimate answer to all problems. Be it physical health issues or mental plenty of water fights all. Try to keep yourself hydrated all tie which will flush out all toxins out of your body and hence will reduce the inflammation in your body and mind which plays a great role in affecting thinking ability.

9. Follow your passion
Skills, hobbies whatever is your passion, follow it. Try to make out some few minutes for them. New skills are inspiring and enhancing in nature which nurtures your brain and helps you to think more efficiently.
10. Avoid negative thoughts
Negative thoughts are unavoidable and you can’t escape from it to be true. But they can only be replaced by positive thoughts and ideas. Try to be more optimistic, take up new challenges, think and visualize more about positive and good results. This will automatically wipe out all negative thoughts and fill you with new and improved thinking skills and ideas.

11. Use positive words
Not only thinking positively, you can also use some positive words while you speak this brings more confidence and hopes to get more and more ideas to think from every angle. Your cognitive process will automatically work faster.
12. Find lesson from failure
Failures are no bad. Don’t be scared of failures and don’t be sad and broken too. Learn from failures, those close points that you missed, what could have helped you to succeed?, what you learnt from your failures? all these self questions will trigger high reasoning process and efficient thinking ability.
13. Focus on present
Working, living and focusing more on present will make you more active and will give you high improved cognitive process. This will help you to work and think faster to meet all your priorities and tasks.

14. Check your motive
Think before you speak is a nice practice to think efficiently. Think twice or thrice, find out your motives and reasons before you act or speak. This will give you more enhanced thinking skills and ability.
15. Get in touch with nature
Feel the nature, the sand, the raw clay, the leaves, the grass all that are pure natural. This will soothe your mind and make you more peaceful and calm. You will find more free thoughts, open views and high thinking power which will give you pure effective conceptions, perceptions, goals, targets and outlooks.
