These positive affirmations help us to develop positive changes in ourselves. A positive thinking can draw you out of depression. It can also help you to overcome your weakness and fears. It unfolds the brighter side of you and makes you a better person. A life full of positive thoughts becomes a gift from God.

Positive affirmation is a key to lead your life peacefully and successfully. Below is one of the methods to create a personal positive affirmation.

First step:

The first step is to identify the negative thoughts that arise in your mind about yourself. Pen them down. Write every negative thought that comes to mind. Do a deep consultation with yourself and pour all your negative talks on paper.

Second Step:

Create a positive affirmation out of all the negative beliefs you had. Pen down new positive statements in front of the negative one you had written earlier. It will be difficult for sure, but you can do it.

Example:

“I am not confident.” becomes “I am confident.”

Keep writing in the present tense.

Third Step:

Fold the paper and avoid the negative part forever. Keep reminding yourself about the positive thoughts you have written about yourself. You will definitely experience some changes in your mindset.

Fourth Step:

This is the final step in which the magic reveals itself. You will start thinking positively about yourself. In addition to it you will develop a habit of finding a good reason behind everything that happens to you. You will start enjoying your life and will happily accept it as it comes to you.

Remember any dream is not too big. If you develop positive thinking and self-empowerment, you can achieve it effortlessly. However, hard work is important for every success. There are many success stories of the people who have practiced positive affirmation and made themselves a better person. Overcoming your weakness helps you to attain your goals and dreams.
