But trust me if you really wanna stay healthy and love snacking in a healthier way, walnuts would be the best choice. Walnuts are edible seeds from the Juglans genus trees commonly known as “Akhrot”. They are rounded fruits of walnut tree and the fruit as well as seed of the walnut is enclosed in a thick inedible husk. The shell of the fruit is very sturdy and hard which enclosed a kernel which is two halved and looks like a small human brain.
