To get fit all you need is some easy workouts, max total time around one hour and in most cases, visiting gym 2 or 3 times per week is absolutely enough.
If you are too lazy or too busy for a gym and you simply can’t afford a professional personal trainer, still you can get fit. There are a lot of great cheap or even completely free workout and diet programs for a home workout.
Results: You should expect little, mostly less noticeable changes in the first month (but you will feel it!), some noticeable changes in 2-3 months and real changes after 3 months.
