7. Eating Only Salads
There are many calorie conscious people out there who believe that being on salads will enable them to attain their desired weight. But you won’t be getting the most essential nutrition in the form of carbohydrates that keep you energetic all day long. You need to have a breakfast and lunch that are rich in proteins and fibre with balanced amounts of carbohydrates and other nutrients. If you are consuming salads in dinner then it is justified as you require little energy to sleep. But when you have a lot of physical and mental activities ahead of you during the day, then low food intake can make you feel sleepy and inactive.
