Well, I am pretty much sure, when it comes to your health issues, you would definitely like to take a second thought.
Wearing jeans is the most latest trendy style nowadays, and is worn by both men and women. Guys, if you prefer wearing those tight skinny jeans mostly, then here’s a bad news for you all. Wearing skinny jeans could hamper your health in many ways and in some cases, to be frank, it could cost your precious life. Let’s throw some spotlight on the downside of wearing tight jeans.
1. Nerve Damage.
A serious trouble call for your health, wearing tight jeans compresses Lateral Cutaneous Nerve and the consistent pressure on LFC nerve might cause an ultimate registered crashing pain and burning, which is called as Meralgia Paraesthetica in medical term.
2. Yeast Infection.
The most common skin infections nowadays called Candida Yeast Infection. The symptoms are skin rashes, redness and swelling of skin, painful infection around the skin, itchiness, which are all caused due to the sweat created by the blocking of air circulation and increasing the yeast creation over the skin.
3. Blood Clot.
The constant pressure by wearing jeans for over 6-8 hours long can lead to blood clotting which could create pain around your groin area and thighs. However, this is not a major trouble and is reversible by taking off your pants.

Mostly seen in women, fainting occurs due to tight outfits which creates suffocation and breathing trouble with severe sweating ending up with dizziness feeling and fainting finally.
6. Infertility.
Especially for men, the negative effect of a tight pair of jeans can be very much harmful. A tight pair of jeans can reduce the airflow around the crotch area which results in high temperature and effect adversely as warmer balls means a lower sperm count.
7. Back Pain.
Today’s trend scenario of jeans wearing which comes with low waist fashion is quite not good for our back. These low waist skinny jeans, pressurizes our back muscles and obstructs our hip bone movements very much. Hence this puts pressure on our spine and backbone, which creates a lot of pain.
There are lots of negative effects of wearing tight skinny jeans like heartburn, back acne, blurred vision and headache. Well being fashionable and stylish is not bad, but taking care of health is much more important than fashion. Wearing tight clothes might look appealing, but wearing comfortable clothes can reduce health problems to much extent. So, next time you go for shopping think twice before opting for tight pairs.
