  • The Milli actress kick starts her day with a warm glass of water with lemon and honey. Her breakfast comprises of freshly squeezed fruit juice, bread toasts, egg whites, egg omelettes with strawberries, sometimes cereals with milk.
  • The actress prefers home made food, even if she is in shooting. Her lunch mostly includes brown rice, dal, or chicken sandwich, legumes, and salads.
  • Janhvi always makes sure to have her dinner early, which is 3 hours prior to her sleep for better digestion. For dinner she keeps it real light, as dal, veggies soup, boiled veggies, green salad, or grilled fish.
