Easy Natural Solutions To Beat Dandruff and Hair Loss
Losing 50 to 100 strands of hair everyday is considered as normal according to researchers. - Indian Lilac (Neem). Boil a full of neem leaves in water and let it cool down to strain the solution. Rinse your hair 2-3 times a week with this decoction to beat dandruff problems.
- Curd (Yogurt). Take 2 cups of curd to cover your entire scalp for 1 hour. Wash it with mild shampoo and repeat twice a week.
- Aloe Vera Gel. Apply fresh aloe vera gel on your entire scalp for 30 minutes and wash it with aloe vera based shampoo. Repeat this solution twice a week.
- Fenugreek Seeds (Methi). Take 1/2 cup of fenugreek seed to soak in water overnight. Make a paste next morning and apply it on scalp for 30-45 minutes and wash it with mild shampoo to get best results repeat regularly.
- Coconut & Lemon. Take equal amount of coconut oil and lemon juice to mix it properly to apply on entire scalp for 30 minutes and wash it with mild shampoo. Repeat this remedy thrice a week for best results.
- Baking Soda. Wet your hair and apply some baking soda powder onto your scalp and leave it for 30 minutes to wash with warm water. Do not use shampoo for few days after this treatment. Repeat twice or thrice a week to beat dandruff.
- Lemon. Take 3 tbsp of lemon juice to add with 1 cup of yogurt to apply on the scalp before washing with mild shampoo. Or add ½ small cup of water to half lemon juice and apply on entire scalp for few minutes and wash with mild shampoo.

There are several factors behind hair loss such as environmental effects, aging, stress, excessive smoking, nutritional deficiencies, genetic factors, scalp infections, hormonal imbalance, use of chemically enriched hair products, certain medicines and medical conditions like thyroid disorder, autoimmune diseases etc. Hair loss can be treated by simple and natural home remedies effectively.
- Hair Oil Massage. Massage your hair scalp to increase blood flow to the hair follicles. Use any hair oil coconut oil, amla oil, almond oil, olive oil, castor oil to get a nice massage with little pressure of fingertips once a week.
- Indian Gooseberry (Amla). Grate some amla pulp and add lemon juice to it and apply on entire scalp to keep overnight and cover with a towel or shower cap. Wash nest day with amla based shampoo or mild shampoo.
- Fenugreek. Soak ½ cup of fenugreek seeds overnight and make a paste next morning to apply on scalp and cover it with shower cap for 45 minutes and rinse your hair.
- Onion. Chop one onion finely to get the juice out of it and apply the juice for 15 minutes not more than that. Wash it with mild shampoo to beat hair loss.
- Garlic. Boil 4-5 cloves of garlic with ½ cup of coconut oil and apply on scalp when its lukewarm and massage it in circular motion. Repeat this twice a week and wash it after a mild shampoo to get rid of the garlic smell.
- Hibiscus. Crush some hibiscus flowers and mix it with sesame oil or coconut oil to make a thick paste and apply on scalp for two hours and wash it with cold water and mild shampoo.
- Egg. Take one egg to get the white part (Albumin) of it and mix it with olive oil to make a thick consistency and apply on scalp for 15-20 minutes and wash it with cool water and mild shampoo.
