Soy curd also known as soy yoghurt or yofu which is made by adding soy milk to yogurt bacteria. However, soy yogurt is good for digestive system but the omega 6 fatty acids present in yogurt will check the good omega 3 fatty acids, which are the mood enhancers. In replace of yofu, you could have coconut yogurt or whole milk curd or cocoa butter.
