A lot of us get excited to pick the canned soups from the supermarket store thinking that ‘soups’ are real healthy. But, let me tell you that they are not! Canned soups if consumed, might ingest high quantity of bisphenol-A (BPA) in your body, which is a chemical extensively used to make plastic. Most of the cans be it soup cans or soda cans are coated with this chemical. And, it can leave you depressed giving you a more mood disorders and even affect your digestive system. Rather you make veggie soup of your own or don’t microwave the can, rather pour it into another vessel and then heat it.
