Bra is the most closest companion of any women, well you can take it literally. A bra always supports woman and never lets her down no matter what. Today every woman believes that if she has a well fitting bra then she has got her best friend. And bra is something that never makes women feel bored and dull as bra has got many styles and colours that find a sureshot way to allure women as well as men. However, this is a fact that women face lots of problems regarding bra sizes, cups, straps and many more. There is another interesting fact that many women are not aware of is a woman’s personality can be narrated by the style of bra she wears.
Let’s have a look on some of the common bra problems that most women face almost every day.
1. Overflowing issue
One of the most embarrassing and weirdest bra problems that every woman faces is when any girl or woman come out to play and the appearance of her boobs beneath a tight tee is quite eye balls grabbing.
2. Underwire ache
Some women find it necessary wearing underwire but the pain they face while removing the underwire bra is totally hell.
3. The Poppers
Okay this one is ugliest one for me. When you’re wearing your any favourite top or tee and your nips start to pop up looking like a button, that moment is totally uncomfortable and embarrassing. This problem is one of most common bra problems that almost all women have faced, I’m sure.
4. Back plumpy fat
When your bra is too tight, you get an excessive and unavoidable view of back fat which looks totally disgusting. I’m sure no one wants to look fat even at back, especially when men fall for sexy back.
5. Rising back-band
When your bra’s band isn’t parallel to the floor all the way around your body, it makes you quite uncomfortable and you get difficulties in wearing plunging black dresses. But actually rising back-band isn’t exactly your bra’s defect, it’s just not the right size you wearing.
6. Spillage Over Your Cups
If you experience spillage over your cups that means your bra is too small. This issue is specifically common in women with larger busts and to prevent cup spillage, look for a full coverage bra as a full cup provides extra support and coverage.
7. Breasts swimming in your cups
Now if your cups are quite spacious then your boobs get more room in there than they actually need or want which is the most common bra problem that almost all women would have faced. Full-coverage bra often causes extra space in the cups for women with smaller busts. If you have small boobs then a demi-cup bra is best.
8. Straps slipping
Constantly fidgeting with your bra and giving too much attention to your bra straps doesn’t looks good, rather it’s embarrassing and uncomfortable. Better tighten your straps. The fit experts recommend tightening your straps every other month helps you two get well fitting bra straps.

9. Straps that dig
This common fitting issue causes women to take off bras the moment they walk into their home at the end of a long day. That’s because your straps are too tight and need a simple adjustment.
10. Centre band isn’t flat on your chest
A common rule of thumb for bras that the centre gore or band (the strap that connects your two cups) should lay flat against your chest. And if it doesn’t lies flat then either your band is too big, your cups are too small, or the bra style is not a fitting your breast type which is one of the common bra problems that women only understand.
11. Chafing is irritating your skin
A best bra should never hurt you. If yours is causing pain or chafing then it’s a bra issue you need to consider. Wear breathable fabric, but sometimes it is the right support system as most chafing in bras occurs when your breasts are rubbing against each other or against your rib cage. This is why it is important to have proper breast separation.
12. Boobs sweating in cups
Yeah it’s kind of a secret that no one likes to admit it at all but let’s get honest ladies. Boob sweat is a problem for most women at some stage in their lives, but relax ladies here’s a fix for this issue. Choosing light, breathable fabrics like cotton, to absorb the perspiration and sweating makes it comfortable and non-sweating for you.
