We waste a lot of time cursing or blaming ourselves for everything that goes wrong because of us. This is why you start feeling fearful and your actions lack confidence. Instead, give yourself treat for every small accomplishment. Make it a habit of giving yourself a treat on monthly basis for all the small and big achievements that have been jotted down by you. You will obviously have more reasons to celebrate rather than to frown.
