Hey Girls!! Oh no no, I’m not saying you “lazy woman” exactly because your hectic and tight schedules make you so busy that you hardly get time to take care of your beautiful skin. However, I believe every woman is beautiful in her own style and way but, looking beautiful is something like a birth right for every woman. Taking about lazy woman like me who barely get some lone time which has so many things cluttered up to do, needs the real easy and best skin tips to suit my hurry burry schedule. Well, I’m sure you are somewhat agreeing me, so without any much ado, let’s get the best skin tips to look beautiful and gorgeous.
Drink lots of water
Yes, drink at least 4 litres of water a day or more if you can. Drinking water flushes out all your body toxins to make your skin glow naturally. Drinking lots of water purifies your blood which is way too essential to get a radiant skin, as purified blood reduces the outbreak of acnes and blackheads.
Get good sleep
You need good night sleep for at least 8 hours. It’s the most easiest skin care tip for anyone and the best part to enjoy. Sleeping is my favourite. It rejuvenates and repairs your skin and reduces dark circles too.
Protect your skin
Well, if you don’t have time to spare for skin caring at least you need to protect your skin from sun exposure and UV rays. Wear sunscreen everyday 30 minutes before going out. Apply SPF sunscreen to avoid skin ageing and make your skin tan free.
Remove make up and cleanse your face
It is essential to remove makeup from your skin before going to bed, as your skin repairs itself while you sleep. Remove your make up with wet wipes to remove all dirt and dust absorbed by your natural skin oil mixed with makeup which could damage your skin.

Moisturize your skin
Moisturizing your skin helps you to get a glowing skin. Excess heat and cooling effect depletes your skin moisture. So get best natural moisturizing products to get your skin moisture back. You could apply the moisturizer in the morning while your coffee or tea gets brewing.
Take luke warm water shower
It’s helpful to wash your skin with warm water followed by cold water as it cleanses your pores and reduce their size. This replenishes your skin amazingly to give a radiant skin.
Use double pillow while you sleep
Raised pillow while sleeping reduces dark circles as the blood flow stays constant, but keeping you head low makes the blood flow in upward direction which creates dark circles under eye. You could apply potato or cucumber slices on your eyes to reduce dark circles.
Lipstick lifespan
If you are tired of touch ups to get coloured lips after every meal or within every 2-3 hours then simply apply some foundation on your lips before applying lipstick. This will make your lipstick last long for at least 7 hours.

Washing your face with cold water for 3 times a day can give you real glowing skin. This repairs your damaged skin cells and closes your pores as sweaty skin widens skin pore to absorb dirt. Make sure cleanse and remove make up before washing your face with cold water.
Yoga and exercise
Yoga and exercise regularly keeps your skin healthy and glowing. Exercise stimulates blood flow that purifies skin and gives you glowing skin and yoga naturally makes your skin wrinkle free and younger.
So, girls these are no strenuous routines to follow to get glowing and beautiful skin. The best and effective ways are get good sleep, laugh as much as you can, drink lots of water and minimize chemical loaded cosmetics that erode your skin. Be beautiful!!
