Deepika’s effective diet suggestions comes from her diet specialist Pooja Makhija and fitness trainer Yasmin Karachwala. Deepika who is too much foody, has to take care of her diet as she travels a lot. Recently, it’s discovered that Quinoa which is a carbohydrate substitute high in protein which works really amazing for her fitness.
Deepika likes to have egg whites, upma, idlis or paranthas, even she loves plain dosa with pudina chutney. She strictly averts potato fillings meal and egg yolks in her diet as they breakdown into fats and sugars. She also prefers to have some fruits and coconut water in the morning. In lunch Deepika opts for homemade meals such as roti, dal, sabji, salad, curd and raita. She is fussy about her food as she likes grilled fish to avoid excess oil. Deepika is very much inclined to fruits and almonds. She never misses her filter coffee which she prefers once daily. Deepika avoids heavy carbohydrate, fat foods like rice, non-veg and heavy meals at dinner. Deepika who has a perfect fit body is due to her hard work and exercises under the supervision of her fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala. Deepika usually wakes up at early 6:00 am heading towards her green yard for yoga and cardio workouts.
Deepika usually doesn’t hit the gym in a regular basis but she goes for gym whenever she wants to. She prefers for Pilates and free hand exercises. But during her tours, she prefers gym for workouts. Due to her extra busy schedule, Deepika sometime skips her exercise but she does her yoga and asanas which keeps her going all time, keeping her fit, younger and fresh look. After her Yoga session, Deepika walks on her tread mill for 20 minutes daily, which povides her extra breakthrough of energy.
