10. Bad sitting posture
The common bad lifestyle habit is the poor sitting posture which cause the development of adverse back pain. This is due to the gaps in the back support while using computers, tablets and laptops. People use to slouch on sofa or prop up partially when they are home to relieve themselves of the pain in the neck and back. Physiotherapists call it as the ‘gadget abuse’.
