Katrina who has a perfect slim and toned figure, with 127 pounds (58 kg) weight, 5 feet 8.5 inches height and perfect figure of size 34-24-35, has achieved her flawless beauty and fitness by following a healthy strict diet regime.

Katrina Kaif’s Diet Plan

Katrina starts her every single day with whole 4 glasses of water to boost up herself. Katrina believes in higher intake of juice, food rich in fiber and protein and strictly avoids carbohydrate content foods like rice, potatos in her diet. Kats says a perfect healthy diet, not only enhances physical beauty but also it improves your inner beauty giving you a perfect flawless glowing skin.

BREAKFAST

For breakfast Katrina prefers more nutritious food to keep her energetic all day and work much to avoid extra fat. Cereals, Oatmeal, Egg whites are her first preference for breakfast. Besides this, she also loves having buttered bread slices, pomegranate juice, pancakes and milk.

LUNCH

When it comes to a perfect lunch, Katrina opts for food that provides her strength and freshness after a long working day. Her lunch comprises Salad with food, which is very low in oil, steamed fish as Katrina loves fish nowadays, fruits and vegetables are her compulsory content of lunch.

DINNER

Katrina prefers light food in her dinner, which includes soup, fish or chapati, vegetables and salad. Mixed Salad is her best choice for dinner.

Katrina Kaif’s ex boyfriend and Bollywood’s Dabangg actor Salman Khan who used to train Katrina for her fitness, had given her some magical fitness mantras which are still the part of her daily workout plan. However, Katrina’s fitness trainer Yasmin Karachinwala helps her a lot in her exercises.

YOGA

Katrina never skips her yoga sessions as it’s her regular part of workout routine which keeps her graceful and toned.

JOGGING

Kats goes for jogging every morning atleast for one hour. She believes jogging is the best warming up exercise as it boosts up with lots of energy.

CYCLING & SWIMMING

According to the tinsel town gossips and updates, these two exercises are added by Salman Khan. Swimming and cycling are the two best forms of exercise to lose fat fast and keep your thighs and arm muscles toned perfectly.

ABS EXERCISE

Katrina for her stunning and seductive bikini look in her latest movie Bang Bang, had done lots of core and abs exercises which included iso-planks, crunches and cardio exercises.

DANCE

Well, what else can be a better substitute for workouts and high intensity exercises? Katrina opts for dancing to real good music alternatively for her exercises, when her tight schedule doesn’t allow her for gym and workouts, as dancing can really tone the entire body and muscles giving a perfect slim physique.
