However, ageing is beyond our control as it is caused due to genetic and other factors of our body. All we can do about ageing is delaying the process and reducing the effects of ageing. There are some anti ageing home remedies which could reduce the ageing effects on your skin.

1. Egg Face Pack
Egg is known as the ultimate anti ageing factors like proteins, omega3 fatty acid, zinc and the egg yolk which contains a special anti-ageing element called the “biotin” repairs the damaged skin keeping the wrinkles away. Take 1 tsp of egg white in a bowl add ½ tsp of milk cream and 1 tsp of lemon juice, mix it well and apply on your face. Rinse off after 15 minutes with cold water.
2. Coconut Milk
Coconut milk has the moisturizing power on your skin making it soft and younger looking. Grate one coconut and grind it to squeeze the milk out of it. Apply the coconut milk on your face and leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse off with luke warm water.
3. Papaya Facial
Papaya has strong antioxidant properties which removes dead cells making your skin firm. Take 4-5 cubes of ripen papaya, mash it properly into a smooth paste. Apply it on your face and leave it for 15 minutes and wash it off with warm water.
4. Cucumber and Yogurt Face Pack
Take half cup of curd and add 2 tbsp of grated cucumber and mix it well. Apply it on your face and rinse off after 20 minutes with luke warm water. Apply this face pack twice in a week. Yogurt has lactic acid which exfoliates the dead skin cells preventing ageing.
5. Carrot and Potato Face Pack
Carrots are enriched with Vitamin A which makes skin tight and wrinkle free. Potato which is a anti ageing ingredient itself reduces wrinkles. Take 6-7 carrot and potato cubes each in a bowl and boil it properly. Mash the cubes into a thick smooth paste. Add ½ tsp of turmeric powder and ½ tsp of baking soda into it. Mix it well and apply it on your face for 20 minutes and rinse off with luke warm water.
6. Yogurt and Honey Facial
Yogurt is also an anti ageing element. Take 2 tbsp of yogurt and 1 tbsp of honey. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice and 1 capsule of Vitamin E cutting its tip pouring the liquid into the pack, and add ½ tsp of turmeric to it. Mix it well and apply it on your face for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with luke warm water.
7. Rose Water and Lemon Juice Facial
Take 2 tsp of rose water, add ½ tsp of lemon juice and 2-3 drops of glycerine to it. Mix it well and soak a cotton ball into it and apply it all over your face. Do not wash off your face for atleast 1 hour to let your skin completely absorb it.

8. Banana Face Pack
Banana is enriched in Vitamin A, B and E which are the source of potassium, zinc and iron which prevents skin ageing. Take one banana mash it properly, add 1 tsp of rose water, 1 tsp of honey to it, and 1 tsp of yogurt and mix it properly. Apply it on your face for 20 minutes and rinse off with cold water.
9. Potato Juice Facial
Potatoes which are best anti ageing elements rich in Vitamin A removes dead skin cells to give a firm skin tone. Wash half of a potato and grate it to squeeze its juice out of it. Soak cotton balls into it and apply it all over your face. Wash it after 30 minutes with cold water.
10. Avocado face pack
If avocado are used in a routine for skin care, you could look real younger all naturally. Mash the slices of avocado properly to make a thick paste adding 1 tsp of honey to it and apply on your face for 15 minutes and wash it off with cold water.
