3. Avoid Negativity
Your idea of a simple day can be easily ruined if you give heed to negativity. You must disassociate with negative people to keep negative vibes at bay. You must read positive books at morning or at night to give your mind a positive boost and must avoid watching television for more than 2 hours a day to save yourself from being trapped into negativity. You must also avoid negative feelings such as jealousy, anger and revenge from gripping you. If you get angry on someone, learn to forgive them and forget the matter or you will keep your mind busy in non-productive matters. Similarly try to be contented with what you have instead of being jealous of others as there are many other people who live much better lifestyle than them. There is no end for selfishness and if you get jealous, then your wants can never be satisfied. Such feelings can take a toll on your mind and you will unnecessarily complicate your day.
