5. Insufficient Sleep
Sleep deprivation is yet another reason for a decline in lifespan. There are so many reasons for facing sleep disorder such as habit of partying late at night, overeating, too much working, excessive exercise, stress, watching television or spending more time on smartphones. You need to ensure sound sleep of around 7 to 8 hours each night so that your body gets time to repair itself and you feel refreshed the next morning. If you are habitual of sleeping inadequately, then you will gradually feel loss of energy and you will also become less productive.
