4. Excess Use Of Technology
People are becoming highly tech-savvy and they are spending more time on technological devices such as television, laptops, smartphones, tablets, etc. At office, they are compelled to work in front of their computer system for long hours and after reaching home, they place themselves in the couch for watching television and then they are on their phones to track the activities of their friends on social media. All this is contributing in reduced physical activity and people are at high risk of developing diabetes, heart problems and thyroid issues by giving heed to this bad habit.
