You need ½ cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, ½ tbsp vanilla extract, ½ cup sliced frozen strawberries, ½ cup vanilla greek yoghurt and 1-2 tbsp sliced almonds. Mix all these ingredients and keep them in a jar for at least four hours or overnight. Once it is ready to top it with sliced almonds.
