3 Very Intriguing Betting Tips For The Upcoming NFL Season

Betting Tips For The Upcoming NFL Season

When betting on American football, the options of bets one can place is as broad as it is confusing at points. Sure, you can go for the best NFL picks against the spread, that’s always a very good path to follow, or maybe you just want to go ahead and bet it all on the favorites each week, that also can be a choice. At the end of the day, if there is one fact that is truer than true is that when wagering on NFL action, the sky’s the limit and getting rich is the ultimate goal.

Keeping that in mind, if there is one piece of advice that successful NFL betting pundits usually follow, is to always make sure you’re on top of all the information available to you and to always keep an eye open for anything and everything that might happen during the regular and postseason. So, while we wait for the upcoming 2021 NFL season we bring you three very intriguing NFL betting tips to keep an eye on for the upcoming season.

1. Don’t Be Shocked if the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Go Undefeated

The defending Super Bowl champions Tampa Bay Buccaneers are ready for action, they’re ready to dominate the league once again and apparently they might even be ready to try and go undefeated through the entire 2021 NFL season. Now, while you might think that in this day and age, going undefeated in the NFL is impossible, there’s one player in the Buccaneers squad that already knows what it’s like to have a perfect regular season in the NFL. Yes, of course we’re talking about Tom Brady, aka the “GOAT” in pro football.

But let’s not just focus on Brady right now, let’s look at this from a brighter panorama. The Buccaneers will be coming into this season with all 22 starters from their Super Bowl winning team back for another season, automatically giving them what could be called a championship edge over all competitors. Lastly, their season schedule does not really present any real threats apart from a couple of games against the LA Rams early in the season and against the Buffalo Bills in December. Can they go 17-0? All signs point to yes and keeping a betting eye on Brady and the Bucs might pay out big time.

2. Prescott Will Be Back, But Don’t Back The Cowboys

Every single year, Dallas Cowboys fans have to go through the same peril of thinking this will finally be the season they go big, only to find out it wasn’t. While it has taken head coach Mike McCarthy some time to get the ball rolling in Dallas, a lot of optimism has been felt from the Cowboys for this upcoming season, especially with the fact that their superstar QB Dak Prescott will finally come back after missing last season to a devastating injury, but let’s be honest for a second here.

Yes, Prescott will come back strong and yes he’ll come back hungry to go out and prove to everybody that he is as much of a superstar as his salary shows. And yes, he has a strong supporting cast at offense with Zeke Elliot, Amari Cooper and CeeDee Lamb all backing him up, but this year is not feeling like it will be the year in which the Cowboys blow the roof off the NFL. Dallas’ defense needs to get better, substantially better in order to truly compete and while they may be able to put up a few good games, betting on Dallas might not be the best idea.

3. Be Careful With The Steelers and 49ers

The Pittsburgh Steelers and the San Francisco 49ers are two of the most intriguing teams coming into the 2021 NFL season and by intriguing I mean that you should keep a very close eye on what they do during the season for your betting purposes. On the one hand you have the Steelers with Ben Roethlisberger not yet ready to give up his throne as Pittsburgh’s QB. Their offensive line suffered the loss of three of their starting linemen and they have one of the toughest schedules in all of the league. Yet, I don’t know if it’s something in the Pittsburgh water or something but the Steelers always manage to bounce back from adversities and make a playoff run and end up with a winning season. Be careful when betting on the Steelers, do it only if your level of certainty is 101%.

On the other hand, you have the San Francisco 49ers, one of the league’s historic franchises. For the Niners the question here is simple to measure what kind of season they might have, especially for betting purposes. How long is it going to take for Jimmy Garoppollo to be benched in favor of rookie Trey Lance? Jimmy G started out showing signs of greatness when he arrived at the bay but has since kind of disappeared into the background. Trey Lance on the other hand has been showing his coaches and teammates signs of greatness all around and feels like he is ready to go from Week 1 if given the chance. San Francisco has a great defense, very good weapons on offense but what could make their season, and their fans betting season as well could end up being who they play at QB.
